For Ovo, Mirvac and UrbanGrowth NSW’s flagship development in the Green Square Town Centre, we were tasked to create a new brand and print campaign execution. Urbanite, part of the Frost*collective, were also briefed to design and build a branded environment to house the development’s sales office based on the new brand.

Our strategy responded to the duality and sleek ovoid-shaped structure designed by architect Richard Francis-Jones, and the name of the building itself. From here, our design thinking lead to visual interpretations focused on symmetry and perfect harmony.

To bring the Ovo brand to life, we created a book divided in two perfect halves – the front focusing on the building and its architecture, and the back on the Green Square Town Centre precinct. In the middle a 12-page editorial-style feature developed around the idea of perfect harmony sees stories presented as a series of symmetrical dichotomies.

Urbanite transformed the Ovo sales office, within Mirvac’s head office, into a premium branded experience. The result is a space that takes the customer on a journey of two opposing and complementary parts, transporting them into a space that represents the duality and perfect symmetry of the Ovo brand and the unique ellipsoid shape of the Ovo building.
