Adapting Successful Experiences in NEW Environments
Nubo Chatswood customer experience
Continuing our long-standing partnership, NUBO engaged us to evolve, articulate and design a customer experience that would distill the flavour that made the original stand-alone NUBO Alexandria so successful, into a relevant format for a busy shopping mall in Chatswood, Sydney.
Here, we developed a layered, multi-channel CX strategy that begins well-before the client walks through the doors of NUBO and continues after their visit, while speaking to the needs of the children, parents and staff simultaneously.
This new format has been devised to compliment the needs of parents using the adjoining Chatswood Chase shopping centre, offering their child a quality experience for learning and socialising while they attend to the practical needs of their family.
Our strategy for NUBO Chatswood offers an opportunity for parents to ‘get things done’ in a time-efficient and pragmatic fashion balanced with the tangible value in seeing their children develop and grow in this incredible play centre.
