CX Intern


We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in people (understanding their drivers, motivations and behaviours), who likes to use their brain (left and right!) and solve problems as a team.

Our intern will work very closely with our CX Lead, actively assisting in customer research – including running customer intercepts, store visits, writing up key findings and brainstorming to come up with strategic and customer-centric recommendations.

Other daily activities include writing point of views, be it on a particular market/industry or a specific theme, synthesizing trend reports as well as help us put together compelling decks with inspiring narratives and beautiful imagery.

You will have

- Curious and empathetic 

- Strong analytical skills 

- Strong writing skills

- Eye for design and aesthetic 

- Comfortable using keynote
