Customer Experience - Intern


The Customer Experience team of Frost*collective, is looking for an intern to join them for 12 weeks.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in people (understanding their drivers, motivations and behaviours), who likes to use their brain (left and right!) to analyse and solve problems as a team.

Our intern will work very closely with our CX Lead, actively assisting in customer research – including running customer intercepts, store visits, writing up key findings and participating in workshops to come up with strategic and customer-centric recommendations. In addition to being curious and empathetic, strong analytical skills are also required.

Other daily activities for our intern includes writing point of views, be it on a particular market/industry or a specific theme, and synthesizing trend reports. To be effective in these activities, strong writing skills are required.

Last but not least we are looking for someone who also has a real sensitivity to design and aesthetics. Comfortable using keynote, our intern will help us put together compelling decks including inspiring narratives and beautiful imagery.  

Please note that this is not a digital UX role.

You will have

- A genuine interest in people and their behaviours - ideally a background or studies in psychology, social science, behavioural science, etc

- A curious mind

- Strong analytical skills

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
